Super Soldier program, the war against Germany, all the standard stuff is there. The only thing that is beyond a "race against time" plot is not exactly set the clock there to see. Johann Schmidt superior technology and its threats against the world, at least in my opinion has not even become a hazard is imminent. Is that something had to stop? Of course. But as an audience member, who always seemed as if the heroes were totally in control. So what was the emotional journey Cap? At first, it is the same man who was heroic in the final. However, as generic as the plan was, it was fun to watch.
The cast of the film could not have been better. Hugo Weaving adds another great villain in films like Red Skull - a crazy and evil threat, there is enough ground to avoid being caricatured (extra hard to do when it is stained red makeup). Hayley Atwell shines as bright as the agent Carter, a difficult operation that the Allies still manages to be modern and feminine (read: hot).
